Highschool Football Spring Practice

In this blog I am going to talk about the first high school football spring practice I went to. It was a lot harder than I expected. At the beginning of practice we all went out on the field and recievers went with the quarter backs and ran routes as both the quarter backs threw us the balls. After our little pre-practice we rotated through about five agility training stations. The first one was cones set in a square shape and you would sprint to the first cone side step to the next cone and then run backward to the last cone and keep doing this until the coach blew the whistle. The next station was cones set up in a zigzag pattern and you would run to the first one square up to the next one and then sprint to it etc. The next station was Bags on the ground and and you side steps through all of them. The next station was also bags and you had to run and back and forth through them. The last station was 20 yard sprints. After that we practiced our plays for around 20 minutes. we have quite a few plays and they can get hard to remember. We started conditioning after we practiced the plays. For conditioning we went into the weight room for about 15 minutes. After that we went out to the football field and ran yard sprints. then we went back into the matt room with david monell and did ab workouts for eight minutes straight.

Hair- his hair is a coloring book that has been colored many times.
Cheeks- His jeeks are bombs ready to explode.
Teeth- His teeth are cinderblocks beeting down everyone.
Lips- His lips are clouds dropping words instead of rain.
Skin- His skin is a canvas that has been painted on.

My Trip To Coupeville

Today i took a trip to coupeville with lindsey and angie. We went to coupeville to see are good friend madison. Madison went to our school last year but this year she decided to go to coupeville. We left the school today at the end of 3rd period. When we got to her house we went into her room and started putting streamers all over but before we finished we had to leave to go to her school. When we got to her school it was about halfway through lunch. We walked around her school until we found there lunch room. I spotted her first and then we went up behind her and tappped on her shoulder we. She turned around she screamed really loud. After she had given each of us about ten hugs she loooked at the cake we brought. It was frosted with purple and white frosting. When she cut it i took a big peice and so did all of the other kids at that lunch table. After there lunch we walked with madison to class. When madison went into class we went back out to angies car. We drove back to madisons house and got out. We went back into her room to decorate more, we hrough streamers all over her room and wrote on her chalkboard door and took pictures on her computer. When we were all done decorating her room we put the cake we made on her bed ( we made two cakes, we took one to her at her school). We went outside and hung a huge poster in her barn that said HAPPY BIRTHDAY! we left after that and drove back to school we got back at about 12:30. And that was my trip to coupeville.

Dear Alissa,
I am very sorry for shooting your horse.
It looked delicious, I had to try it.
The bullet went through it's head,

Sci-Fi Monster

ManEater is a very interesting monster, in this paragraph I will describe him to you. For starters ManEater lives on the moon. ManEater has a head like a football. The left side of his face is green and the right side of his face is red. ManEaters eyes are orange circles with purple pupils. His hair is purple and it is spiky. He has know mouth. ManEater has brown ear-muffs. ManEater's neck is the green and shape of a baseball bat. His body is like a lampshade and it it colored red. On ManEaters body there is a face that has brown swirly eyes and a gray circle nose. The face also has a large smiley face that is outlined in yellow. The mouth has very sharp teeth that are outlined in red and colored green. Because ManEater has no mouth on his real face he puts all of his food into the mouth on his body. ManEater has arms like bananas and hands shaped like diamonds. His arms are yellow and his hands are blue. ManEaters legs are like human legs. They are colored a light brown with fishnets all they way down them. ManEaters feet are CD's and are colored orange. His feet are shaped like CD's so he can roll across the moons bumpy surface. This is a description f my sci-fi monster and good luck drawing it.
